The Vietnam State Securities Commission (SSC) issued a notice instructing individuals named in an attached list to pay the fee for issuance of securities practice certificates to complete their licensing procedure. The fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on fees and charges in the securities sector applied at the SSC. Payment can be made by bank transfer to SSC Office accounts held at VietinBank (Ha Thanh branch) or Vietcombank (Hoang Mai branch), or paid directly at the SSC. The transfer reference must identify the recipient, personal identification number and certificate type. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year of the SSC’s fee-payment notice, the SSC will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that was granted.
