The Bulgaria Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) published decisions from its latest meeting covering senior management approvals, crypto-asset service provider licensing filings, and resolution-fund funding for 2026. The FSC approved Galabin Galabov as a member of the Management Board and Executive Director, Mihail Kiossev as a member of the Management Board, and Vladimir Georgiev as Executive Director of the Bulgarian Export Insurance Agency EAD. It also refused to examine the merits of licence applications from GRX Europe EOOD, Stor Assets EOOD and NIMLAB EOOD to operate as providers of crypto-asset services, citing incompleteness of the submitted documents and information. Separately, the FSC fixed the total amount of annual contributions to the Investment Intermediary Resolution Fund for 2026.
