The Vietnam State Securities Commission published a notice requiring payment of the statutory fee to complete the procedure to re-issue a securities practising certificate for Tran Vu Minh Hai. The re-issuance fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person under Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the State Securities Commission or paid directly at the Commission. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to receive the re-issued certificate within one year from the date of the notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the re-issued securities practising certificate.
