The Guernsey Financial Services Commission applied to the Royal Court for an administration management order concerning a collective investment scheme registered under the Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2020. The court granted the order and appointed Matthew Wright and Sophie Smith of Leonard Curtis C.I. Limited as joint administration managers, effective Aug. 18, 2026. Responsibility for managing the company’s business, property and affairs has transferred in accordance with the order. The joint administration managers will act independently as officers of the Royal Court and under its supervision, and will publish further information in due course.

The Royal Court granted the Guernsey Financial Services Commission’s application for an administration management order covering a registered collective investment scheme, effective Aug. 18, 2026. Two joint administration managers from Leonard Curtis C.I. Limited now control the company’s business, property and affairs under the court’s supervision.
