Central Bank of the Philippines extends 2025 audited financial statements filing deadline for supervised institutions to 30 June 2026
The Central Bank of the Philippines has extended to 30 June 2026 the deadline for all covered Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas-supervised financial institutions to submit their 2025 audited financial statements and accompanying reports. Electronic submission requirements for banks and non-bank financial institutions will continue to follow Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Memoranda Nos. M-2020-055 and M-2020-060.
