Indonesia's Financial Services Authority (OJK) launched new modules of its Integrated Licensing and Registration System (SPRINT) for the capital markets, derivatives finance and carbon exchange sector (PMDK), and shifted licensing authority for certain individual approvals from OJK headquarters to regional OJK offices. The delegation covers individual licences for Wakil Penjamin Emisi Efek, Wakil Perantara Pedagang Efek, and Penasihat Investasi Perorangan. Applications can now be processed through OJK provincial offices in North Sumatra, South Sumatra, West Java, Central Java, East Java, Bali, East Kalimantan and North Kalimantan, and South Sulawesi and West Sulawesi. OJK also indicated it will continue enhancing SPRINT as a one-stop licensing platform.
