Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission updates Form 87-03-01 to include 2025 annual fees for Cyprus Investment Firms

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has updated Form 87-03-01 (Calculation of the annual fees) to include annual fees for 2025 and published the revised form on its website. Cyprus Investment Firms (CIFs) are required to use the updated form to calculate their annual fees. For the calculation, CIFs must complete the grey cells in fields 1.5 to 1.7 in line with the form’s instructions. When submitting the duly signed form via CySEC’s online portal, CIFs must also attach an extract from their audited financial statements disclosing total turnover for 2025 and evidence of payment of the annual fee. The form must be submitted electronically within four months of the end of each financial year, no later than 30 April, together with payment of the annual fee.
