The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market has approved the list of test questions and answer options for the qualification exam for candidates seeking appointment as the Commission’s authorized persons. The exam is a mandatory stage of the competitive selection process and is designed to assess candidates’ ability to work with information, solve situational tasks, demonstrate analytical skills and show sufficient knowledge of the legislation relevant to work at the Commission. The test bank contains more than 370 questions covering the main areas relevant to the role, including legislation on capital markets and organized commodity markets, state regulation, joint-stock company activity, corporate governance, collective investment institutions and other legislation. Candidates applying for the same position will take identical tests and complete the same situational tasks, with the Commission presenting this as a measure to ensure a fair and impartial selection process.
