Croatia's Ministry of Finance reported that Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Tomislav Coric and his team visited the Agency for Commercial Activity (AKD) after AKD successfully completed a certification audit against ISO 37301 for compliance management systems. During the visit, AKD presented elements of its management and control framework aligned with international standards and guidance, including OECD recommendations on corporate governance, internal controls and integrity in state-owned enterprises. AKD also showcased capabilities it considers part of Croatia’s critical infrastructure, including identity and security technologies, traceability systems, and services for the banking and fintech sector, as well as transport-sector solutions using big data analytics.
