The Hellenic Capital Market Commission approved Athens Exchange S.A.’s application to register its multilateral trading facility, the Alternative Market, as an SME Growth Market, and authorised amendments to the Athens Exchange clearing house’s securities and derivatives clearing rulebooks. The SME Growth Market registration is granted under Law 4514/2018 and will take effect once the new operating rules are published on the Athens Exchange Group website. The Commission also approved changes to the Securities Transaction Clearing Regulation and the Derivatives Transaction Clearing Regulation of Athens Exchange Transactions Clearing Company S.A., with the updated regulations to be posted on the Athens Exchange Group website.
