Kuwait Capital Markets Authority has issued a licence to Middle East Financial Brokerage Company to practise the activity of a qualified securities broker registered at the Stock Exchange, replacing the company’s existing licensed activity as a securities broker registered at the Stock Exchange. The licence was issued effective 4 January 2026. The update follows Resolution No. (121) of 2025 on the firm’s licence application under Law No. (7) of 2010 and the Capital Markets Authority’s Executive Bylaws and amendments. Article II of the resolution required the company to complete the Authority’s requirements before licensing, and the licensing activity was amended by cancelling the securities broker activity and adding the qualified securities broker activity.

The Kuwait Capital Markets Authority has licensed Middle East Financial Brokerage Company as a qualified securities broker at the Stock Exchange, effective 4 January 2026, replacing its previous securities broker license. This follows Resolution No. (121) of 2025, requiring compliance with the Authority's prerequisites under Law No. (7) of 2010 and the Executive Bylaws.
