The Moroccan Capital Markets Authority has registered CDG Capital's annual and occasional update of the information dossier for its certificates of deposit program. The filing consists of a 2025 reference document and a document relating to the program, and updates the terms under which CDG Capital can issue certificates of deposit. The main change is an increase in the program ceiling to MAD 10 billion from MAD 6 billion. The certificates retain a unit nominal value of MAD 100,000, maturities ranging from 10 days to seven years, and either fixed or variable interest rates. The registered documents are available at CDG Capital's headquarters and website, as well as on the Moroccan Capital Markets Authority's website.
