The Vietnam State Securities Commission has directed four listed individuals to pay a VND 1 million fee each to complete the process for obtaining securities practice certificates. Payment may be made by bank transfer or directly to the commission. Recipients must complete the procedure to collect their certificates within one year of the fee notice or the commission will cancel the certificates issued. Individuals receiving electronic certificates can access them through their registered accounts and must fulfill any related obligations.
