Romanian experts provided study visits and technical assistance during 2025 on fully transposing Solvency II into national legislation, implementing an insurance recovery and resolution framework, and strengthening supervisory capacity. The officials also highlighted a multilateral cooperation protocol signed in December 2024 to support research and Moldova’s national financial education and inclusion framework.
