The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice requiring Mr Hoàng Anh Nhật to pay the fee for re-issuance of a securities practising certificate in order to complete the procedure to re-issue his securities brokerage practising certificate. The re-issuance fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC, and can be paid by bank transfer to the Commission or directly at the Commission. If the re-issued certificate is not collected within one year from the date of the notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the re-issued certificate.

The Vietnam State Securities Commission has mandated Mr. Hoàng Anh Nhật to pay a VND 1,000,000 fee for the re-issuance of his securities brokerage practising certificate. Payment can be made via bank transfer or directly at the Commission. Failure to collect the re-issued certificate within one year will result in its cancellation.
