The British Columbia Securities Commission has reached a CAD 50,000 settlement with corporate insider and significant shareholder Christopher R. Anderson for failing to report securities transactions within required deadlines. Between 2020 and 2023, Anderson filed late reports for 172 transactions involving securities valued at CAD 2,097,332 across five British Columbia public mining companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. As a significant shareholder of three of the issuers, Anderson also failed to file 28 required reports and related news releases for reportable transactions. He corrected the filings, cooperated with the commission and paid CAD 10,300 in late fees in addition to the settlement amount.
