The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has instructed affected credit institutions to submit the Harmonised Transparency Template for the second quarter of 2026 in the same way as for the first quarter of 2026. Reporting must continue through KRT-1025, the periodic attachment form in Altinn. The update applies to the institutions that received Finanstilsynet's 20 January letter on changes to reporting for OMF institutions from the first quarter. In the filing, institutions are to enter "HTT-skjema fra OMF-foretak" in field 2.1. Although the quarterly HTT deadline is normally the last day of the month after the reference period, the second quarter deadline has been extended to 15 August because of the summer holiday. Before third quarter reporting begins, the authority will publish updated reporting information on its webpage for credit institution reporting.
