Chile’s Financial Market Commission (CMF) updated its Mutual Funds Portal with information as of September 2025 and introduced user experience improvements, extending its public-facing data on mutual fund profitability, costs, portfolios and industry activity. The update covers a Chilean mutual fund industry managing more than USD 85 billion in total investments and serving over 3.7 million participants. The Profitability Module now incorporates a dedicated view of “digital series”, defined as share series contracted and managed exclusively through remote channels such as a manager’s website or app, typically aimed at retail investors. The CMF also revised the Costs Module by simplifying series selection in the “Comparison” section to facilitate comparisons across competing funds and adding links to fund managers’ general websites where available. The CMF indicated it will continue updating the portal on a quarterly basis.
