The Central Bank of Mongolia said Governor Narantsogt Sanjaa met People's Bank of China Governor Pan Gongsheng on the margins of a symposium co-hosted by the People's Bank of China and the Bank for International Settlements, where the two sides discussed deeper cooperation in banking and finance, trade, trade finance and cross-border payments, and re-signed and extended their bilateral currency swap arrangement for a further three-year period to support financial cooperation, bilateral economic and trade exchanges, and financial market stability.
