The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission has opened a brief survey to gather stakeholder feedback on the effectiveness of its 2025 AML/CFT/CPF outreach programme, with the results intended to inform the mode, structure and content of future outreach initiatives. Responses must be submitted electronically via the Commission’s survey tool by Friday, 20 February 2026. The Commission stated that the information will be used solely to evaluate its AML/CFT/CPF outreach efforts and, where relevant, refine its broader industry-wide communication strategy, and encouraged financial institutions to respond by the deadline so feedback can be included in its analysis.
