The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission announced that Mann Made Corporate Services (Cyprus) Limited has expressly waived its authorisation to provide administrative services with effect from 11 November 2024, and has therefore ceased providing those services. As a result, the firm’s CySEC authorisation (No. 200/196) lapsed under section 16(1) of the Law Regulating Companies Providing Administrative Services and Related Matters of 2012, and CySEC has permanently deleted the company from the licensed persons’ Register in accordance with section 16(2) of the Law.
