The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice requiring individuals listed in an attached roster to pay the statutory fee to complete the procedure for issuance of a securities practitioner certificate, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges applied at the Commission. The fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid either by bank transfer or in person at the Vietnam State Securities Commission. For transfers, the payment reference must identify the recipient, an identification document number, and the type of securities practitioner certificate being issued. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to receive the certificate within one year from the Commission’s fee-payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the securities practitioner certificate that has been issued.
