The fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid either by bank transfer or in person at the Vietnam State Securities Commission. The notice also specifies that if a certificate recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year from the date of the fee notification, the Vietnam State Securities Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that has been issued.
