The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice requiring individuals listed in an attached schedule to pay the statutory fee for issuance of a securities practising certificate in order to complete the licensing process, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid either by bank transfer or in person at the State Securities Commission. Payment instructions require identification of the certificate recipient and the type of certificate. If the recipient does not complete procedures to collect the certificate within one year from the fee notice, the State Securities Commission will issue a decision cancelling the issued certificate.
