The CMF linked BAM ASSET MANAGEMENT SPA to the websites www.bam-circulation.com, www.bam-quotes.com, www.bam-rise.com and www.bam-volume.com; FINCONCHILE to https://luteumsyst.com and https://articularyzx.com; and TMGM to the tmgm.aa.soxa.cyou app. It advised investors to verify registration and responsible parties via the CMF website and to search for complaints or negative feedback about firms, directors and products. The CMF also pointed to its website Fraud Alerts Page, which enables users to check whether an entity or person is supervised, review alerts from the CMF and foreign regulators on unregulated entities or activities (including IOSCO’s I-SCAN), and access additional investor protection guidance.
