The China Securities Regulatory Commission used its 2026 National Investor Protection Publicity Day event in Beijing to publish a package of investor protection measures and materials. These included the Trial Administrative Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Derivatives Trading and related self-regulatory business rules, along with investor protection research findings, typical cases on dispute resolution and rights protection, inspections and enforcement, combating and preventing illegal securities activity, annual investor education materials, and the 12386 Service Platform Complaint Guide. The commission also said its offices and affiliated units will work with local financial regulators and public security and judicial authorities to run investor protection publicity and education activities across China. The campaign will focus on capital market laws and policies, lawful and rational rights protection, and improving investors' knowledge, risk awareness and self-protection.
