The Kyrgyz Republic State Service for Regulation and Supervision of Financial Markets has announced a qualification exam for individuals seeking a qualification certificate as a professional participant in the securities market. The attestation process will start on June 8, 2026, with applications accepted from May 11 to May 29, 2026. Applicants must submit the prescribed application form and candidate questionnaire, copies of a higher education diploma and passport, a criminal record certificate, two colour photographs, and proof of payment of the state fee. The fee is KGS 500 for each type of certificate. The exam will be based on the listed Kyrgyz legal and regulatory framework for the securities market, including the Civil Code, the Code on Offenses, laws on joint-stock companies, the securities market, investment funds and mortgage-backed securities, and regulations covering disclosure, brokerage and dealing, depository activity, trust management, investment fund assets, securities registers, bond issuance, share issuance, securities transactions and capital adequacy.
