The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that the investment compartment Blueport Equity Strategy of AIF T.4 THETIS AIF V.C.I.C. PLC (LEI 254900N3NRC5E4F8GL72), licensed as AIF91/2018, has been dissolved and placed into liquidation following a shareholders’ general meeting decision taken under Article 63(1)(e) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018. The dissolution was notified to CySEC by the AIF’s external manager, Triton Asset Management AEDAK, pursuant to Article 52(6) of the same law, and the compartment is being wound up through voluntary liquidation.
