The State Bank of Vietnam announced the appointment of Hoang Minh Tien as Deputy Director General of its Information Technology Department. Under the Governor’s decision, Hoang Minh Tien moves from his role as Head of the Division for Information Technology Policy Management, Innovation and Digital Transformation within the Information Technology Department to the Deputy Director General position, with a five-year term starting on 01 April 2026.

The State Bank of Vietnam has appointed Hoang Minh Tien as Deputy Director General of its Information Technology Department for a five-year term starting 01 April 2026. He previously served as Head of the Division for Information Technology Policy Management, Innovation and Digital Transformation within the same department.
