The Vietnam State Securities Commission published Notice No. 159/TB-UBCK requiring individuals listed in an attached schedule to pay the licence fee for issuance of a securities practising certificate in order to complete the certification process, in line with Ministry of Finance Circular No. 25/2022/TT-BTC. The fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person and may be paid either by bank transfer to the Vietnam State Securities Commission’s account or in person at the Commission. Payment instructions require the payer to specify the certificate holder’s name, identity document number and the type of practising certificate. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year from the Commission’s fee notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the practising certificate that has been issued.
