Through its User Services and Protection Office, ProUsuario, the authority is providing guidance on saving, personal budgeting, responsible credit use and financial planning. Visitors can access the SB School and digital resources available through the ProUsuario application, including a budget planner, credit reports and educational materials from the recently introduced Organiza tu bolsillo campaign. The application also allows users to opt out of promotional marketing lists and submit claims, complaints and reports concerning financial products and services.
