The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency published its schedule of Community Reinvestment Act evaluations for national banks and federal savings associations to be conducted in the second and third quarters of 2026, inviting public comments on the CRA-related activities of scheduled banks to be submitted to the banks or the relevant OCC supervisory office before the month the evaluation is scheduled and noting it will consider comments received before the close of each evaluation, with the schedule posted on the OCC’s website.
