The State Bank of Vietnam has issued a decision publishing the list of administrative procedures under its remit that qualify for end-to-end online public service delivery. The list covers 23 ministerial-level services across payment activities, banking information technology and other activities. The designated procedures include applications for and changes to codes used in payment and banking operations (such as bank card issuer codes and bank codes), registration of blank cheque templates, and multiple digital certificate processes (issuance, extension or changes, suspension, restoration, revocation, key-pair changes and activation-code changes). The list also includes administrative procedures for awarding titles, commendations and medals within the banking sector. The decision took effect on 31 December 2024 and replaced an earlier decision from 27 December 2023 on the same subject, which is no longer in force.

State Bank of Vietnam designates 23 administrative procedures for end-to-end online public services
The State Bank of Vietnam has published a list of 23 administrative procedures eligible for end-to-end online public service delivery, covering payment activities, banking IT, and other operations. This includes procedures for bank card issuer codes, cheque template registration, and digital certificate processes. The decision, effective 31 December 2024, replaces a previous decision from 27 December 2023.
