The CVM’s Securitization and Agribusiness Superintendence issued Circular Letter CVM/SSE 1/2025 notifying the market that the SGF (automatic fund registration) and Fundos.Net systems will be ready to receive registrations and information filings from Funds for Investment in Agribusiness Production Chains (FIAGRO) from 7 March 2025. The update aligns the systems with the new FIAGRO disclosure regime in Annex VI to CVM Resolution 175, introduced by CVM Resolution 214 and entering into force on 3 March 2025. The circular also outlines procedures to adapt the existing population of FIAGRO funds to the new rules and requests administrators to provide details of FIAGRO vehicles that existed before Annex VI takes effect, including names, CNPJ identifiers and transformation dates.
