Kyrgyz Republic's State Service for Regulation and Supervision of Financial Markets (Finnadzor) published a round-up of licensing and permitting decisions taken from 23 to 27 February 2026, including state registrations of securities issues and issue results, entries to the auditor and audit organisation registers, and licensing actions affecting pawnshops, securities market intermediaries and promotional lotteries. The Service registered ordinary registered share issues for Aray CJSC and OJSC Green Finance Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as subsequent issues for OJSC Tunduk (third), Kompanion Bank CJSC (fifth) and OJSC Bai-Tushum Bank (seventh), and registered the results of issues for OJSC Ala-Too Resort (second) and OJSC Tunduk (third). It also registered the cancellation of assigned state registration numbers and ordinary registered shares for CJSC KNG Hydrocarbons, added Regender Audit Consulting LLC to Part 2 of the Register of Audit Organizations, and entered Zhumabayev Omurzak Tagaibekovich and Arzybayev Mukash Kadyrovich in Part 1 of the Register of Auditors. On licensing and permits, it cancelled or revoked pawnshop activity licences for LLC Pawnshop Zholuke, Grand Asia Pawnshop LLC, Lombard Antinariy LLC and Lombard Avtoplus LLC, issued a consent letter for Lombard Atslakha 18 LLC to open a branch, approved incentive lotteries for Maximus Group LLC, Tashbolot Holding LLC and Biyiktik Stroy LLC, and granted Fin360 LLC and Bromax LLC licences for brokerage, dealer and trust management of investment assets.
