The Capital Markets Board of Türkiye has amended its fund liquidation procedures by extending the three-month period specified in item A/8 to six months. All other provisions of that item and the broader procedures remain unchanged. The extension is intended to allow funds in liquidation to sell portfolio assets under more suitable conditions, taking account of their portfolio structures and market conditions. It does not require liquidation to last six months, and the process may be completed earlier where conditions permit.
