The Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Economic Security Centre of Dubai to deepen cooperation and information sharing aimed at combating financial crime. The agreement covers collaboration in areas of mutual interest, including exchanging information on best practices and international guidelines for fighting financial crime. It also includes cooperation on matters linked to the UAE’s role in the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), addressing challenges and solutions supporting national initiatives, and initiatives to enhance professional skills through staff training and joint awareness campaigns.
