The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market updated its list of potentially dangerous investment projects, adding MaxProfit Academy Ltd. (maxprofitacademy.com) and Azeta SA (azeta-sa.com). The list now covers 458 projects for which the Commission has identified signs of fraud or breaches of law. The Commission flagged common warning signs of risky investment projects, including a lack of licences and clear organiser information, missing supporting documents, absence of proper regulation or supervision, intrusive advertising, promises of unrealistically high returns, and failure to describe potential risks. The updated list is available on the Commission’s website under the “Protection of Investors’ Rights” section, and the regulator encouraged market participants to report suspicious projects.
