The Central Bank of the Philippines (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, BSP) issued a circular letter informing BSP-supervised financial institutions that MANOR Bank – A Rural Bank Corp. has merged with Rural Bank of Casiguran (Aurora), Inc., with MANOR as the surviving bank, and that the merger took effect on 2 June 2025. The Securities and Exchange Commission approved the Articles and Plan of Merger on 29 April 2025, based on merger documents executed on 11 September 2024. As part of the merger, the entire assets and liabilities of Rural Bank of Casiguran (Aurora), Inc. are transferred to and absorbed by MANOR.
