The UAE Securities & Commodities Authority has published an update on the UAE government’s launch of the Community Participation in Zeroing Bureaucracy initiative, which enables community members to directly evaluate how ministries and federal entities are reducing procedures, speeding up transactions, and improving service quality under the Bureaucracy Zeroing Program. The initiative incorporates customer views and real user experience into the evaluation process, positioning community feedback as a key input to the results of the Zero Bureaucracy Award and to measuring the impact of simplification efforts. Participation is open to segments including individuals, companies, entrepreneurs, retirees, and people of determination, subject to criteria such as not being an employee of a federal government entity and having actually dealt with the entity being evaluated. Applicants can submit requests to participate through a dedicated online platform.
