The Kuwait Capital Markets Authority licensed Estate Capital Investment to market privately in Kuwait 25,000 shares in Vantage Development II Ltd Fund, a Cayman Islands collective investment scheme. The shares may be offered only to professional clients at USD 1,000 per share, with subscription applications accepted by Estate Capital Investment and KFIC Investment. A 1% subscription fee applies to total commitments of USD 350,000 to USD 1 million. For commitments above USD 1 million, the fee is 1% on the first USD 1 million and 0.5% on the excess. The marketing license will run for one year from issuance of the authority’s license certificate after payment of the prescribed fees, which must be paid within one month or the decision will be treated as void.
