The Financial Oversight and Management Board for Puerto Rico announced that its 2027 Economic Forecast Symposium will take place on November 4, 2026, in San Juan. The event will examine the outlook for Puerto Rico and the United States for the coming year, helping the board and Puerto Rico’s executive and legislative branches reach a consensus to guide fiscal and budget planning. Governor Jenniffer González Colón’s fiscal team and legislators, including leaders of the House and Senate Budget and Ways and Means Committees, will hear perspectives from S&P Global Market Intelligence, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Moody’s Analytics, the University of Puerto Rico and local consulting firms.
