The People's Bank of China said Deputy Governor Zhu Hexin attended the ASEAN Plus Three Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors' Meeting in Uzbekistan, where participants discussed the impact of the Middle East situation on global and regional macroeconomic conditions, improvements to the Chiang Mai Initiative Multilateralisation mechanism and the ASEAN Plus Three Macroeconomic Research Office, and also joined the first ASEAN Plus Three central bank dialogue before the meeting to exchange views on regional cross border payment cooperation.
