The National Bank of Slovakia (NBS) has approved a decree requiring the reporting of data on loans to consumers using a standardised template submitted to the NBS. The measure was approved by the NBS Bank Board at its 12th meeting of 2025, chaired by Governor Peter Kažimír, and will take effect on 1 January 2026.

The National Bank of Slovakia has approved a decree mandating the reporting of consumer loan data using a standardized template. This measure, approved by the NBS Bank Board, will be effective from 1 January 2026.
