The Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo has released its November 2025 financial statistics for non-bank financial institutions, covering other financial intermediaries, insurance companies, and pension funds. Other financial intermediaries reported assets of EUR 743.93 million at end-November 2025, up EUR 16.37 million or 2.25% from the previous month. Their gross loans reached EUR 542.34 million, an increase of EUR 7.48 million, with household lending accounting for 58.74% of total loans, while new loans in November totalled EUR 54.71 million. Insurance company assets stood at EUR 356.12 million and were broadly unchanged month on month, with assets held mainly as balances with commercial banks (48.78%), securities and other assets (25.87%), and reinsurance participations (14.38%). Pension fund assets were EUR 3.72 billion, dominated by equities and equity securities, which made up 80.34% of total assets.
