The Vietnam State Securities Commission has notified two individuals named in an attached list to pay a VND 1 million per person fee to complete the process for obtaining securities practitioner certificates. Payment may be made by bank transfer or in person. A certificate will be canceled if the recipient does not complete collection procedures within one year of the fee notice. Recipients of electronic certificates must access the commission’s licensing system to retrieve them and fulfill any related obligations.
