The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, applied under Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on fees and charges in the securities sector at the Commission. Payment can be made by bank transfer or in person at the Commission, and the payment reference should include the recipient’s name, identification document number and the type of certificate. If an individual does not complete the procedure to receive the certificate within one year from the date of the fee-payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that has been granted.
