The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan’s Board has cancelled, on a voluntary basis following the firm’s application, the non-bank credit organisation licence of Premier Kredit LLC (licence BKT-29, issued 1 November 2014), requiring the organisation to cease operations from the date the decision takes effect and to be liquidated in line with the Civil Code.

The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan has voluntarily cancelled the non-bank credit organisation licence of Premier Kredit LLC, effective immediately. The firm is required to cease operations and undergo liquidation in accordance with the Civil Code.
