The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice requiring individuals named in the attached list to pay the fee for issuance of a securities practising certificate in order to complete the licensing process. The fee is VND 1 million per certificate, in line with Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities sector fees and charges applied at the commission. Payment may be made by bank transfer or directly at the Vietnam State Securities Commission. If a person granted a securities practising certificate does not complete the procedure to receive it within one year from the commission's fee notice, the commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that was granted.
