The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice instructing individuals named in an attached list to pay the fee required to complete procedures for the issuance of securities practice certificates. The fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person under Ministry of Finance Circular No. 25/2022/TT-BTC and can be paid either by bank transfer to the State Securities Commission’s designated accounts or in person at the Commission. If a person granted a securities practice certificate does not complete the procedures to receive the certificate within one year from the Commission’s fee payment announcement, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate.

Vietnam State Securities Commission sets VND 1,000,000 fee payment process for securities practice certificates
The Vietnam State Securities Commission has instructed individuals listed in an attached notice to pay a fee of VND 1,000,000 for securities practice certificate issuance, as per Ministry of Finance Circular No. 25/2022/TT-BTC. Failure to complete the procedures within one year of the fee payment announcement will result in certificate cancellation.
